Village streets get the village's form
The Village of Marcellus issues a separate driveway and parking area permit through its Code Enforcement Office. The form is valid for 12 months and has asked for a survey and a dimensioned plan, with the contractor's papers attached. The published form dates from 2018, so ask the office for today's version.

The Town of Marcellus carries 48.1 miles of county road against 21.0 miles of town road, plus 14.4 miles of state road. A good share of aprons in the town therefore sit on county ground. For a county road, the owner answers for the driveway between the edge of the right of way and the pavement, and a right of way work permit covers widening and repaving.
