Who we are

Concrete Repair Syracuse arranges introductions between homeowners and independent concrete contractors in the Syracuse area. We are not a contractor. Pouring, repairing, leveling, inspecting, pricing, permits and supervision all sit with the contractor you pick, and your agreement for the work is with them alone.

What you get from us

We tell you whose job a piece of concrete is, which office decides and what to put in writing. We offer an introduction to an independent contractor. You decide whether to meet them, accept a quote or sign a contract.

The $100 credit

When you book your first concrete job after reaching out to us, we take $100 off that first job. We fund it from our own fee, which is earned only once the job is booked. The contractor's price is untouched, because the contractor sets and bills it.

A customer receives one credit at any one property, and it goes toward the first job that gets booked. Sending a request or receiving a quote does not trigger it; booking does.

Bring up the $100 when you book. We also remind you before the booking is final, in case it slips your mind.

The offer ends on December 31, 2026, so the booking must land by that date. Public sidewalk work that the City of Syracuse does itself is not a job we book, so the credit does not apply to it.

The straight-answer slab promise

• No charge to ask, and no obligation once you have.
• If the city or the road owner should fix it, we say so.
• We ask about the mix and the pour month up front.
• Your $100 is applied the way our Terms spell out.

Your contract is with the contractor, who answers to you for the work.

This promise covers what we tell you and how we apply the credit. It is not a promise about the contractor's work, price or schedule.

Text messages

Checking the text box on the form lets us message you about your request. The count varies by job, and your carrier may charge for messages. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP to get support. You can skip texts entirely and phone us instead. See the Privacy Policy for how your details are handled.

What we cannot promise

We cannot promise a price, a start date, or that any repair will last. Concrete outdoors in Syracuse faces freezing, thawing and salt, and results depend on the mix, the pour month, the weather and the care it gets. Ask your contractor to put those in writing.

Information on this site

Changes

These terms can be revised from time to time. A revision takes effect once posted here, but the credit terms in force on your booking date stay with that booking.
